Audit

/admin/audit is the immutable trail of portal mutations. Platform admin only (viewers can browse).

Each event: timestamp, actor email, action, category (action prefix), target type/ID, metadata JSON (before/after where applicable).

Search by action, target or actor. Filter by category and target type. Paginate 25 / 50 / 100.

Stat cards: total events, events (24h), active actors, distinct action types.

Gateway request traffic is not in Audit — that lives in Request Logs.
