Access & Tiers

/admin/access defines reusable model bundles and budget/rate-limit presets. Platform admin only.

Access groups

Name, description, model list, key count, default flag. Create, edit, delete, or mark one as default.

Edits apply to new key approvals. Existing keys keep the model snapshot they were minted with.

Budget tiers

Name, description, max budget, duration, RPM, TPM, usage (keys + customers). Key requests and customers can pick a tier instead of custom limits. Reviewers can still override on approve.

Stat cards: access groups, keys on groups, tiers, tier assignments.
