Org admin
ORG_ADMIN of an organization. You are treated as team admin for every team in your organization, so the Team admin guide applies to all of them, plus the workflows below.
Where you work: Everything a team admin has, plus Management → Organizations. Use the organization switcher in the header to scope views.
1. Structure the organization
On Organizations, manage your org's profile and members (ORG_ADMIN / ORG_MEMBER). Create teams on Teams — you are automatically added as their team admin.
2. Approve across all teams
Approvals shows requests from every team in your org, so you can cover for absent team admins.
3. Manage org-level budgets
The organization budget caps all teams beneath it. You can lower it; raising it requires a platform admin. Team budget raises also go through a platform admin.
4. Review org-wide usage
Select your organization in the header switcher, then Usage, Budgets and Request Logs are scoped to it. CSV export on Usage covers reporting needs.
Good to know
- Creating a new organization requires a platform admin.
- Users, Access & Tiers and Audit stay platform-admin only — you will not see them in the sidebar.
